Kako su objavljivali naši geofizičari u akademskoj godini 2022/2023?

Zaposlenici Geofizičkog odsjeka objavili su 39 znanstvenih radova indeksiranih u Web of Science Core Collection bazi, koji su do dana 30. listopada 2023. citirani 40 puta.

Gotovo svi radovi (92%; N=36) su objavljeni u časopisima svrstanim u Q1 i Q2 kvartil prema recentnoj Journal Citation Report analitici za 2022. godinu. U prethodnoj akademskoj godini je 56% objavljenih radova potpadalo pod najviša dva kvartila, što daje naslutiti perspektivu objavljivanja u sve kvalitetnijim časopisima.

Također je čak 72% radova (N=28) objavljeno u otvorenom pristupu (eng. open-access), što predstavlja povećanje s obzirom na udio otvorenih radova prošle akademske godine 2021./2022. koji je iznosio 65%. Ovakva praksa pokazuje da zaposlenici Geofizičkog odsjeka podržavaju princip otvorene znanosti i slijede strateški cilj Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (Posebni cilj 1.7) koji podrazumijeva promicanje transparentnosti, dostupnosti i dijeljenja znanja i znanstvenih radova.

Uz 5 znanstvenih radova pohranjeni su skupovi istraživačkih podataka koji su javno dostupni u različitim stručnim repozitorijima. Svijest o važnosti objavljivanja istraživačkih podataka nije primjetna samo u jednom području geofizike, već je prisutna u seizmologiji, klimatologiji i oceanografiji.

Kroz koautorstva u objavljenim znanstvenim radovima indeksiranim u bazi Web of Science Core Collection ogleda se suradnja sa 32 države i 158 institucija koje su razvidne u afilijacijama koautora radova.
